Let’s shatter the glass ceiling together with brands like Ajour that seek to empower and embrace all women! Featuring beautiful art direction and inspiring photos and lingerie styles, Ajour has just released its Fall/Winter look book for 2018-2019. Ajour’s extensive offerings for fall/winter includes padded bra styles, lace cups bras, full coverage bras, babydolls, bodysuits and more.

The lingerie brand duo explains their process on shooting the iconic cover shot featuring a shattered glass background, “We wanted to show that we are breaking stereotypes, proving that every woman is unique no matter if she is slender or curvy!”

Each style in this collection is purposefully given a woman’s name important to the founders.  “This collection is designed to depict and uncover a woman’s natural beauty,” say the AJOUR’s founders. “These are the names of strong women, who have experienced a lot until they have received recognition. We want our lingerie to have give women ‘support’ and help her to achieve her goals”. Confidence comes from within and with these well-made intimates supporting and flattering your curves all day, any woman would feel ready to take over the world!

AJOUR FW18: Ready to indulge? One of our favorite styles from the Ajour FW18-19 collection is the gorgeous Alicia style. Using a decadent Belgian chocolate color, the Alicia is both on trend and traditional. Tetiana and Vitaly explain, “We wanted to show the combination of classic and modern which suits both a young girl, as modeled on the look book cover, and a woman who already knows what she wants”. Chocolate is a wonderful color for intimates as it is both luxurious, special and neutral enough for everyday wear. Alicia is available in multiple cup-shapes; demi, plunge and balconette. Alicia also comes with a matching thong and panty option. Fall/Winter is often considered the most exciting season in lingerie. The silhouettes are more daring and the fabrics are far more upscale than the designs seen in the warmer seasons. Lace is a major trend for the fall/winter season and Ajour incorporates this iconic lingerie fabric into several of its key looks for the season including the Brie (pictured above), the Melanie and the Patricia sets. The lace used for the Brie style is extraordinary and inspired the designers the minute they saw it. Ajour explains that the lace textile used for the Brie “changes color in different light, like a women’s eyes, which can also change color with different moods. On each woman it will look different and unique”. The fours looks of the Melanie style (pictured above) are also spotlighted by the designers for “combining flat laser perforation of flower motifs. Melanie is daring, revealing, emancipated. This line underlines the wearer’s femininity”. Patricia is a TLJ favorite for its sexy black eyelash lace. This dramatic style comes with a bodysuit, babydoll, robe and floor length gown. All four styles are showstoppers and flatter most silhouettes. Spring may not have sprung but Ajour still masterfully includes floral motifs in its designs for the fall/winter season. The luxury lingerie brand explains, “Flower motifs will be always present in Ajour lines, as we see a woman like a flower: tender, sensitive, and gentle. She always has to flourish.” Marion, Cameron and Brie all feature fresh floral details in their delicate designs. Cameron’s gentle mint colored style that features ivory lace flower appliqué accents on both the bra and bikini panty. The inclusion of both mint and emerald provide a great alternative option for the holiday season! Many customers look for something unique for the season and the Cameron and Marion provide a breath of fresh air for those looking for something not red or black.
